I had a great experience shopping at Grafic. I am a dissatisfied shopper of other high end retailers (not going to name names!) and was recommended by a friend to start shopping at Grafic. The sales staff was ready to help but was also very relaxed and not pushy...although they really did enjoy offering espressos. Having said that though, when I came into the store and asked if my pants could be altered, the gentleman running the store helped me without an issue.
